The AgroVIRTUS Program Series is a year-long, multi-phase, uniquely structured talent development program. Within the framework of AgroVIRTUS, the University Digital Farm Management Competition enables students to work on real-world agricultural challenges, while the AgroVIRTUS LeadersLab focuses on cultivating the next generation of agricultural leaders.
Agrovirtus is a complex, agri-focused talent management program, the primary goal of which is to identify agri students with leadership skills, equip them with modern managerial and agricultural knowledge, and boost their professional career.
Since its launch in 2018, more than 1,000 Hungarian and international students and 50 companies have participated in the Agrovirtus initiative. The flagship of the program is the Agrovirtus case study competition, which will be held for the fourth year this year.
